Job Description:

Joining the Record to Report Team in Sousse in this new position you will support the TUI Suisse team in Financial controller team with reporting tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independent processing of day-to-day accounting
  • Preparation and booking of provisions/accruals
  • Support the monthly closing tasks
  • Handling of general mailboxes (customer inquiries, refunds, clarifications)
  • bank postings and cash reconciliations
  • Reviewing, posting and reconciling incoming invoices
  • Process voucher-related requests and the associated workflows
  • Acting as a contact for internal departments and external partners
  • General administrative support and assistance with ad-hoc topics

Requirements:

  • University degree in accounting
  • Experience in similar role and in SAP will be advantageous
  • Good written and spoken language skills in English
  • German is mandatory (B1–B2 level, written and spoken)
  • A methodical, organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills
  • Capable of building relationships cross border with multiple business partners at all levels
  • An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business
