Job Description:

Repair&Reuse Field Engineering department is dedicated to developing innovative repair solutions for defective parts received from customers. We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of providing effective and efficient repair strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop repair solutions for mechanical items and mechatronic modules
  • Design and create detailed technical drawings and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties to analyse defective components and develop robust repair methods
  • Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 6~10 years of hands-on experience in developing mechanical and mechatronic items
  • Proficient in design and drawing using CAD tools

Nice to have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with material science and structural (stress) analysis
  • Knowledge of metrology and machine control principles
  • Experience with pneumatics and vacuum systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
