Job Description:

To strengthen our R&D team, we are looking for a Research & Innovation Project Officer to support funding-related activities and the management of research and innovation projects. The role focuses on contributing to the preparation of European and international research proposals and supporting the coordination and operational management of funded projects, working closely with technical teams and external partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the preparation and writing of research and innovation proposals, with a focus on European funding programmes (e.g. Horizon Europe)
  • Contribute to the definition of project concepts, objectives, work plans, and impact sections in collaboration with technical and scientific teams
  • Coordinate inputs from internal teams and external partners during proposal preparation
  • Support the management of funded R&D projects, including planning, monitoring of activities, and alignment with contractual requirements
  • Contribute to the preparation of project documentation, reports, and deliverables required by funding bodies
  • Act as an interface between technical teams, project partners, and funding programme requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, European Studies, or related fields
  • Experience or strong interest in research and innovation funding programmes, particularly at European level
  • Proven ability or strong aptitude for technical and proposal writing in English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple activities in parallel
  • Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and international partners
  • Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
