The R&D Project Coordinator is an integral member of the project team responsible for coordinating and maintaining project management activities, resources and project information. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager / Core Team Leader. Additional duties might include R&D study protocol reviews and execution support, coordination of manufacturing activities with other Client sites as well as external vendor management.

Requirements:
Experience in coordinating project management activities for medical devices
Knowledge of Quality System Requirements specifically including the design control process (design inputs/outputs, risk management, DHF, etc.)
Experience in preparing project action plans for timelines, resources or budget
Ability to communicate timeline and critical path analysis to senior management
Experience in creating and maintaining high confidence Gantt charts with fully allocated resources
Organizing and leading project meetings with cross functional team members
Experience in overseeing project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and resolving issues
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives for new activities
Highly organized and analytical
Excellent time management and communication skills
Solid stakeholder management skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, network diagrams, schedules and action plans
