Job Description:

In this vital role you will work toward multiple goals that will enable outstanding medicines to move through the commercialization pipeline bringing therapies to patients. You will partner with the leads to support Development Teams and Functional Management with a resource demand forecast and supply analysis to enable effective operational planning & decision making. You will support stewardship of R&D resource algorithms to drive a systematic methodology and tool for forecasting functional resources in support of functional planning, portfolio management and process efficiency monitoring. You will be part of the larger corporate mission of bringing medicines to patients with unmet medical needs every day.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support resource management for one or more R&D subfunctions
  • Support Development Teams and Functional Management with a resource demand forecast and supply analysis
  • Support stewardship of R&D resource algorithms to drive a systematic methodology and tool for forecasting functional resources
  • Help deliver on initiatives seeking to improve business processes or data management principles

Requirements:

  • Implementing and maintaining user requirements for milestone-based algorithms into Planisware Portfolio Management (PPM)
  • Implementing and maintaining data into SAP based CapCity supply management systems
  • Implementing and maintaining data in the CapCity product allocation module
  • Deriving insight from timecoding data
  • Advanced data analysis of potential scenarios, business cases, or business impacts based on PPM modeling
  • Assisting change control from newly launched resource management data dashboards
  • Supporting any data analysis or algorithm support needed by the broader strategic resource management team
  • Performing quality oversight to ensure integrity of resource forecasting outputs
  • Generating content and data needed for resource reviews at all levels of leadership
  • Acting as a data analyst for strategic resource management senior managers as needed
  • Delivering on data management principles
