Job Responsibility

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
PhD is preferred
Minimum 10 years of R&D and product development experience
Advanced level of English
Proven track record in team management and leading multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in manufacturing industries (machinery, metal, automotive, or similar)
Strong knowledge of SolidWorks, technical drawing, and 3D modeling
Solid understanding of full product lifecycle
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
