Food safety risk assessment: Lead end-to-end beverage ingredient microbiology and food safety biological, chemical, and physical hazards assessment

• Bachelor degree (US or Foreign Equivalent) in Food Science and Technology, Food Microbiology, Bioscience with Food Safety, or related
• 10 years of experience in Food Safety
• 10 years of experience with: Hazard assessment - biological, chemical, allergen, and physical hazard
• Food Safety Program - environmental monitoring, sanitation, and pathogen sensitive ingredient program etc.
• HACCP certification/PCQI
• Beverage ingredient and manufacturing process
• Applied knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems (i.e. FSMA-PCQI, HACCP, GFSI- FSSC 22000)
• Experience in food safety and quality for a global consumer goods company
• Demonstrate practical application of risk assessment and management through CAPA tools approach
• Demonstrate Project Management capabilities with both business and technical focus
• 5 years of experience with: Knowledge of Digital solutions
• Supplier food safety audit
• Regulatory inspection/compliance
