Position based in Mumbai R&D center for Home Care India. Responsible for development and implementation of projects for Home Care India business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in building product appraisal/evaluation capabilities like automation of appraisal protocol, instrument development, validation of new protocol to ensure repeatability and reproducibility
  • Assist in building product performance evaluation capabilities involving new method development for formulation screening, claim substantiation, and demos
  • Plan, design, execute, and report experiments for screening new formulations/technologies to support product improvement projects
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and document experiments for project teams and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with third parties (3P), vendors, and project teams to drive capability projects

Requirements:
