Our client is looking to fill the role of R&D Engineer 2. We’re a global CDMO specializing in regenerative medicine, and we’re looking for an experienced Biomedical Engineer to support the development of next-generation medical devices and biomaterial products. In this role, you’ll lead key workstreams, drive innovative design solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across quality, regulatory, engineering, and production.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the full development lifecycle by generating technical documentation, validating test methods, gathering user and customer requirements, and ensuring designs meet clinical, quality, and manufacturability standards
  • Lead key workstreams, drive innovative design solutions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across quality, regulatory, engineering, and production

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in medical device or implant design
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage project timelines
  • Travel up to 10%
