The Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for transitioning new products or processes from design to full-scale manufacturing. The position is within a global electrical protection and connectivity solutions manufacturer.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to achieve cost-effective, high-quality output
Coordinate daily with QC to define end-of-line (EOL) checks, ensuring maximum PCBA and unit-level test coverage
Coordinate daily with the EMS to define ICT and FCT requirements, ensuring strong test coverage and robust PCBA process control
Optimize production methods
Ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements:
1-3 years of hands on experience in electrical testing and electrical measurements (either industrial or academic experience)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Analytical and structured thinker with attention to detail
Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Self-driven and solution-oriented
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required
Master's degree is considered a plus
Solid understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes
Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office(word, excel, ppt)
