Job Description:

The Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for transitioning new products or processes from design to full-scale manufacturing. The position is within a global electrical protection and connectivity solutions manufacturer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to achieve cost-effective, high-quality output
  • Coordinate daily with QC to define end-of-line (EOL) checks, ensuring maximum PCBA and unit-level test coverage
  • Coordinate daily with the EMS to define ICT and FCT requirements, ensuring strong test coverage and robust PCBA process control
  • Optimize production methods
  • Ensure efficient use of resources

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of hands on experience in electrical testing and electrical measurements (either industrial or academic experience)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical and structured thinker with attention to detail
  • Clear communicator with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Self-driven and solution-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required
  • Master's degree is considered a plus
  • Solid understanding of PCBA manufacturing processes
  • Excellent knowledge of English (oral & written)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office(word, excel, ppt)

  • Lead independent safety assessments of nuclear weapon systems and components, analyzing responses under thermal, shock, vibration, and EMI/EMC environments, utilizing your expertise in electrical circuit design and analysis
  • Define problem scope and requirements, develop technical approaches, and apply quantitative and qualitative methods (e.g., fault-tree analysis, failure-modes-and-effects analysis, margin quantification)
  • Design experiments or simulations to evaluate safety-critical subsystems, collaborating with system and test engineers to verify requirements, particularly in electrical testing
