We are looking for a results-oriented Development Engineer to help design, improve, and scale cutting-edge energy systems. This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for renewable energy.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead product development projects from concept through design, prototyping, validation, and final delivery
  • Tackle technical challenges with creativity and precision
  • Perform thermodynamic and mechanical simulations and calculations to evaluate and optimize system performance
  • Design and develop new components to improve performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
  • Set up and conduct experiments to validate theoretical solutions
  • Prepare products for mass production, considering manufacturability, installation, operational, and financial aspects
  • Manage technical roadmaps, budgets, and timelines
  • Initiate procurement processes by contacting suppliers and supporting negotiations
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovations to market
  • Travel internationally for prototype installation, testing, and commissioning when required

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong theoretical knowledge combined with practical engineering skills
  • Ability to translate customer and market needs into technical specifications
  • Experience preparing products for mass production
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
  • Proactive, self-starting attitude with strong ownership mindset
