Job Description

We are seeking digital experienced and helpful individuals like you to join our diverse team of Quotations & Operations Agent in Sicily. You will be responsible for communicating booking updates with our key excursion & transfer suppliers and destination teams to ensure a smooth Service Delivery operation.

Job Responsibility

  • Quoting and booking requests from our FIT, tailor-made, and Group clients
  • Create the proposal for the clients(where we don’t have anything on the shelves) and follow up on it
  • Try to increase our conversation ratio and margins
  • Proactive communication with B2B team/Supply to ensure the best proposal
  • Filter requests following organization guidelines
  • Oversees and manages hotel and land service reservations for groups and individuals
  • Ensure last minute operational changes and/or reservations
  • Ensure all reservations are managed in detail and suppliers receive them on time
  • Load correctly all reservations in the system
  • Send all needed documents (final details and vouchers) to the clients
  • Send the proforma invoice to the clients in advance when pre-payment is required
  • Monitor pre-payments both of clients and suppliers
  • Solve daily operational issues
  • Assist clients when on the spot through the emergency line
  • Re-check all reservations day by day
  • Monitor booking positions for groups and send weekly updates to the hotels

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Italian is required
  • Great organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the leisure and Italian tourism industry
  • Able to work in a flexible manner (including different shifts Monday-Sunday)
  • Able to solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture
  • Easily adapt to working changes and quickly learn new skills
  • A collaborative and great team player
  • Ability to prioritize in day-by-day workload
  • Right to work in Italy
