Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or other technically oriented field
Professional experience in the field of process engineering might be an advantage
Good knowledge of common office applications
Good knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) might be an advantage
Systematic, structured and exact way of working
Independent, efficient and error-free completion of the work
Team orientation, communication skills and resilience
Fluency in English is required

Job Responsibility

Creation of offers for investment projects across business units
Creation of concepts, engineering studies and offers (including process equipment, engineering, installation, commissioning, etc.)
Technical and commercial responsibility of quotation
Obtaining offers from subcontractors and affiliates
Creation of the tender documentation
Cooperation with sales managers, mechanical and automation engineers and other quotation engineers

Job Responsibility

Ensure tenders are submitted on time to meet customer deadlines
Follow up on quotations to maximise win rates
Proactively reach out to existing clients to generate new opportunities
Identify discrepancies in projects and advise clients early
Collaborate with Sales Managers and Sales Director on new leads
Maintain accurate customer records, sales files, and documentation

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in quotation engineering, project engineering, or a related technical-commercial role
At least 2–3 years in a senior or lead capacity, demonstrating leadership in technical proposals, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.
Proven commercial knowledge relevant to quotation and project costing
Strong background in technical concept development, layout preparation, and stakeholder communication
Strong planning, organizing and priority setting skills prioritization of tasks in a project-driven environment.
Advanced in CAD (AutoCAD 3-D)
Proficiency in English language

Job Responsibility

Technical and commercial responsibility for quotations
To elaborate technical and commercial analysis of customer requirements in alignment with the sales manager
Supports and advises Quotation Engineers in all technical belongings whilst ensuring that the proposals will meet the customers expectation
Manage the allocated scope of work to achieve the quotation goals and objectives
Development of the technical concept in collaboration with sales, technology, engineering and commercial services
Preparation of layouts, project schedules and DOW (Division of Work) document
Support on handling new business segments
Worldwide professional support to responsible persons of quotation in our sub companies
Train and coach Team Members inside and across in his field of specialization
Set up and grow a team while establishing foundational processes
