Job Description

As a Quotation Engineer, you'll be responsible for preparing detailed offers for machines and full production lines. The role combines technical expertise with planning, communication, and negotiation, allowing you to build each project from concept to final proposal.

Job Responsibility

  • Creation of offers for investment projects across business units
  • Creation of concepts, engineering studies and offers (including process equipment, engineering, installation, commissioning, etc.)
  • Technical and commercial responsibility of quotation
  • Obtaining offers from subcontractors and affiliates
  • Creation of the tender documentation
  • Cooperation with sales managers, mechanical and automation engineers and other quotation engineers

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical engineering or other technically oriented field
  • Professional experience in the field of process engineering might be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of common office applications
  • Good knowledge of CAD (AutoCAD 3-D) might be an advantage
  • Systematic, structured and exact way of working
  • Independent, efficient and error-free completion of the work
  • Team orientation, communication skills and resilience
  • Fluency in English is required

Nice to have

Fluency in German is an advantage
