Job Description

A small manufacturing company is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join their team onsite. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing field or related!

Job Responsibility

  • Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
  • Support outside CPA/accountant with year-end close and tax preparation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a bookkeeper role working within a small office environment
  • QuickBooks is REQUIRED
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment or related field
