We are seeking a detail‑oriented QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support our clients daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech‑savvy, and experienced in managing bookkeeping functions within QuickBooks.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, including AP, AR, and general ledger entries
Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
Process invoices, payments, and receipts
Prepare month-end financial reports and assist with closing activities
Track expenses and assist with budget management
Maintain organized documentation and support audit requests
Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Generate financial statements and ad‑hoc reports as needed
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficiency with Excel and general accounting software
