We are looking for a new Query Handling Agent for the Accounts Receivable team. No two days are the same in this dynamic environment. Are you a strong communicator and do you enjoy helping customers? Then this position at the DHL Shared Service Center is perfect for you!

Job Responsibility

  • Solve customer inquiries in accordance with DHL standards
  • Log/update questions in ERP system quickly and accurately
  • Promote self service functionalities actively and/or ensure that customer questions are addressed structurally so that they do not recur
  • Ensure cross-function connection and ensure the required billing adjustments
  • Manage customers' escalation process and take charge of the solution
