AJW Group is seeking a proactive and experienced Quantum Developer to join our forward-thinking technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on pioneering projects that leverage Quantum computing to optimise complex systems, enhance predictive analytics, and revolutionise aviation supply chain solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, develop, and implement Quantum algorithms for optimisation and simulation tasks
  • Collaborate with our engineers to integrate Quantum solutions into existing workflows
  • Research emerging Quantum technologies and assess their applicability to AJW’s business challenges
  • Build proof-of-concept models and scale them into production-ready solutions
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to AJW’s innovation roadmap

Requirements:

  • Strong background in Quantum computing principles and algorithms
  • Proficiency in Quantum programming languages
  • Solid understanding of linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
  • Experience with Python and integration of quantum solutions into classical systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of aviation or supply chain optimisation challenges
  • Familiarity with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, AWS Braket, etc.)
