Job Description:

A respected and long-established construction cost consultancy in Holborn is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on prestigious high-end residential, hotel, and mixed-use developments with projects ranging from £10m to £80m.

Job Responsibility:

Support a close-knit team of cost consultants delivering high-quality projects
Act as both Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator
Work on new build and refurbishment schemes ranging from £10m to £80m
Take ownership of projects while continuing to receive mentoring
Engage in both pre and post-contract duties
Have regular client-facing responsibilities

Requirements:

RICS-accredited degree (BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
2-4 years’ experience within a UK construction consultancy
Progressing towards or recently achieved MRICS
Confident working across full project lifecycle
Strong communication and client-facing skills
Experience in residential, hotel, or mixed-use sectors preferred
