Job Description:

This role offers an opportunity to join a supportive consultancy in London, working on diverse projects across Retail, Residential, Mixed-Use, and Life Sciences sectors. The team of around 25 professionals provides mentorship, career progression, structured APC training, and exposure across all project stages.

Job Responsibility:

Lead on smaller, manageable schemes
Support senior colleagues on landmark projects – some exceeding £500m
Work across all project stages, from cost planning and take-offs to valuations and final accounts
Gain a broad, well-rounded skillset, not confined to one sector or type of work

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
Ideally 2-3 years minimum Quantity Surveying experience in a UK consultancy environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
Based in or able to commute to London
Ambitious and dedicated to becoming chartered
