Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing Construction & Property Consultancies in Margate. With a reputation for delivering complex, high-value projects across multiple sectors, this is a standout chance for a Quantity Surveyor to take the next step in their career and help shape the future of an expanding, forward-thinking firm.

Job Responsibility:

Work across education, residential, commercial, and healthcare sectors
Get involved in large-scale schemes including a £500m education framework across Kent and London, £100m NEC redevelopment works at Gatwick Airport and Eurotunnel, High-rise residential developments valued at £50m, £74m, and £84m (14-22 storeys)

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm is a MUST
Good Pre and Post Contract experience
Experience working on projects from inception to completion
Any PM, EA or CA experience is highly desirable

Nice to have:

Any PM, EA or CA experience
