Job Description:

A forward-thinking and growing Quantity Surveying consultancy in London is seeking a confident and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. With five strategically located offices across the UK, this consultancy delivers a broad portfolio of projects across sectors including Commercial, Residential, Leisure, Heritage, Education, Industrial (Sheds), Hotels and Retail – typically ranging from £1m to £120m in value.

Requirements:

A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying (BSc or MSc)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy (ideally 2+ years)
MRICS or currently working towards
Pre and post contract experience
Strong communication & client facing skills
