Job Description:

A leading international Construction & Property Consultancy with a strong presence across the UK, Europe, and Australia is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Oxford. This opportunity provides wide sector exposure, career development support, and the chance to work within a highly regarded, collaborative team.

Job Responsibility:

Pre and post contract work
Cost planning
Client meetings

Requirements:

A RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Good pre and post contract experience
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Able to commute to Oxford 3x days a week
