A unique opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a growing, independent construction consultancy based near London Bridge. Known for their thoughtful and high-quality approach, this close-knit team delivers client-side cost consultancy and project management across a diverse portfolio – from heritage buildings and schools to high-end residential and commercial developments.

Job Responsibility:

Regularly attending sites across Greater London
Ensuring project success
Supporting business growth
Maintaining strong client relationships

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar (RICS Accredited)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy firm
Good pre & post contract experience
MRICS is highly desirable, or currently working towards
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bluebeam experience a bonus

Nice to have:
