Job Description

A successful and growing construction consultancy specialising in the delivery of high-end residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on prestigious luxury residential developments while progressing their career within a supportive and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment
  • Experience working on high-end residential projects is highly desirable
  • Keen to achieve or working towards MRICS status
  • Strong cost planning and pre-contract experience
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
