Job Description:

An established, forward-thinking construction consultancy in Oxford is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This rare opportunity offers a clear path to senior leadership, with genuine progression towards Directorship and potential future equity in the business. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit consultancy where you’ll work directly alongside three experienced Partners. With projects spanning Arts & Leisure, Heritage, High-End Residential, and Commercial sectors, this is an ideal position for a Quantity Surveyor looking for both project variety and strategic influence.

Job Responsibility:

Work directly alongside three experienced Partners
Build long-term client relationships
Help shape the future direction of the business

Requirements:

2+ years Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Local / able to commute to Oxford
Pre and Post Contract experience
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Ability to work comfortably in a small, collaborative team
