Job Description:

A well-established and rapidly expanding construction consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their Leatherhead office. This role offers faster progression and exposure to a variety of project sectors without corporate red tape. You’ll work on projects ranging from £500k to £20m+ and get hands-on APC support, tailored career development plans, and leadership promotion from within.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver both pre- and post-contract services across a diverse portfolio
Manage projects including residential, commercial, heritage, education, and healthcare sectors
Contribute to technical challenges and project variety
Work in a client-facing, proactive team environment

Requirements:

3+ years (ideally) experience in a Consultancy / PQS firm
Pre & Post Contract Experience
RICS Accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Able to commute to Leatherhead office 3x days a week
MRICS or committed to achieving
Client-facing, proactive, and confident in a team environment
