Job Description:

A nationally recognised Construction Consultancy is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Newcastle office. This delivery-focused role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, with exposure to sectors such as healthcare, commercial, residential, leisure, hotels, education, social housing, and retail. The company provides strong support for professional development through its tailored APC programme and mentorship from senior team members.

Job Responsibility:

Work on meaningful, high-value projects

Work across the full project lifecycle

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
Proactive, ambitious, and eager to progress professionally
Good pre & post contract experience
