Job Description:

An award-winning, multi-disciplinary Property and Construction Consultancy is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Plymouth. This forward-thinking organisation, renowned for its commitment to sustainability and social impact, offers the ideal environment for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Involved in the full project lifecycle, from pre to post contract duties
Scope to act as Employer’s Agent and take ownership of projects at all RIBA stages

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Good pre and post contract experience
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
MRICS or currently working towards Chartership
A full UK driving licence (desirable)
Experience across sectors, including residential (essential) and commercial development/infrastructure

Nice to have:

A full UK driving licence
