Job Description:

An ambitious, purpose-driven Property and Construction Consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Exeter office. This dynamic firm, the first Chartered Surveyors globally to achieve B-Corp status, is widely respected for its environmental leadership and outstanding employee satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:

Support and manage a diverse range of projects across the residential, commercial, and public sectors, including private developments and infrastructure schemes
Involved in the full project lifecycle, with scope to act as Employer’s Agent and take ownership of projects at all RIBA stages

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Pre and post contract experience
2+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy / PQS firm
Ambition to achieve MRICS status
A full UK driving licence (desirable)
