Job Description:

A prestigious, boutique consultancy seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team working on London's most luxurious residential and boutique commercial projects. You'll work on high-end schemes from elegant private homes and penthouses to boutique hotels and exclusive commercial spaces.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering high-end schemes valued between £1m and £30m
Managing both pre and post-contract duties
Developing client relationships
Refining expertise in prime residential
Project ownership

Requirements:

3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Previous experience working on high-end residential projects / a passion for the sector
Pre & Post Contract Experience
BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally (or other RICS accredited degree)
