Quantity Surveyor

• Manage commercial activities across multiple EST contracts
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and change control documentation
• Liaise with Contract Managers and attend client meetings (in person and via Teams)
• Conduct occasional site visits and travel to other offices (e.g., Stilton/Leighton Buzzard)
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to dispute resolution where required

• Previous experience in a commercial role, ideally as an Assistant QS
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple contracts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Driving licence essential (travel required)
• QS qualification desirable but not essential—experience and capability matter most
