Job Description:

A leading, dynamic UK Construction Consultancy is looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Edinburgh office. This is a rare opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work on high-profile, city-centre developments while enjoying excellent flexibility, APC support, and clear career progression.

Job Responsibility:

£45m luxury hotel development in Edinburgh city centre
£15m PBSA scheme in the heart of the city
£10m serviced apartment project
Large-scale masterplanning and infrastructure at Edinburgh Airport
Leisure, private residential, steel-framed industrial sheds

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous QS experience in a UK construction consultancy
Good pre and post contract experience
Eager to work towards MRICS
Full lifecycle experience – working on projects from inception to completion, beneficial
