Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded Construction Consultancy in Bristol. The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties on new build residential projects, managing schemes from inception to completion. This role involves working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project success.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration duties on new build residential projects
Managing schemes from inception to completion
Working closely with clients, contractors, and design teams
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality

Requirements:

RICS Accredited Degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
3+ years Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Proven experience delivering Employer’s Agent / Contract Administration services for new build housing
Experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, or Private Developers
A base within Bristol or nearby, with willingness to travel locally for projects
MRICS or currently working towards
