Job Description:

A vibrant, forward-thinking Chartered Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their sociable and growing team of 15 in Central London. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who wants real project responsibility, APC support, and exposure to major schemes in a modern, non-corporate environment.

Job Responsibility:

Work closely with Senior Surveyors and Directors
Contribute to high-value projects ranging from £5m to £200m
Gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from early cost planning and procurement through to final account

Requirements:

3+ years’ UK consultancy experience
Good pre & post contract experience
Eager to work towards APC and achieve chartership
A RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
