The Role & Day-to-Day You will be stepping in to handle core commercial responsibilities, ensuring the smooth administrative and financial running of key project packages. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Administration: Manage variations, valuations, cost reporting, and necessary documentation with absolute precision. Subcontractor Management: Act as the main point of contact for subbies, assessing progress on-site and certifying payments. Day-to-Day QS Duties: Support the Senior Commercial team with daily ad-hoc tasks, cost control, and financial forecasting.
