Job Responsibility
Managing the commercial performance of rail infrastructure projects
Preparing and reviewing applications for payment
Administering subcontractor accounts and payment assessments
Managing compensation events, variations and change control processes
Producing cost reports, forecasts and commercial dashboards
Supporting procurement activities and subcontract negotiations
Assisting with contract administration under NEC forms of contract
Working closely with project delivery teams to identify commercial opportunities and mitigate risk
Supporting agreement of final accounts
Requirements
Experience working within rail, infrastructure, utilities or major civil engineering projects
comfortable managing commercial responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle
experience with NEC contracts is highly desirable
strong stakeholder management and cost control skills
