Job Responsibility:
Delivering cost consultancy services across a wide range of sectors including Healthcare, Retail, Heritage, Education, Hotel, Automotive, Commercial, and Residential
Provide pre and post-contract advice
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Ensure client satisfaction and dynamic project delivery
Requirements:
A RICS accredited degree (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
MRICS or currently working towards
Good pre and post contract knowledge
Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Cost Consultancy (1-2 years minimum)
