A dynamic Building Consultancy in Manchester is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor ready to embrace increased responsibility in a firm that emphasizes professional and personal development.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of projects within the residential, mixed-use, and education sectors
  • Cost estimation
  • Budget planning
  • Preparing contracts and tender documents
  • Financial reporting
  • Facilitating client and site meetings

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited Quantity Surveying Degree
  • 2+ years of experience within a consultancy environment
  • Actively working towards or already achieved MRICS
  • Strong experience in pre-contract processes
  • Proven experience on projects within the built environment
