Quantity surveying degree or equivalent construction-related qualification
ideally MRICS qualified, working towards MRICS, or recently chartered
consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience

Job Responsibility

Managing cost control, procurement, valuations, variations and reporting across a range of projects
preparing cost plans, tender documentation, contract administration support, interim valuations and final accounts
working closely with senior members of the team, clients and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on budget and to a high standard
providing clear commercial advice and maintaining strong client relationships throughout each stage of the project
