Job Description

A well-regarded construction consultancy is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Quantity Surveyor with Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent experience to work across industrial and logistics projects.

Requirements

  • Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent construction-related qualification
  • MRICS, working towards MRICS or strong relevant consultancy experience
  • solid Quantity Surveying experience
  • some Employer’s Agent knowledge
  • good understanding of JCT contracts
  • experience within industrial, logistics, sheds, distribution centres or warehousing projects
  • commercially aware
  • organised
  • confident communicating with clients and project teams
