Our Manchester Painting business is flourishing and we’re looking to add another Quantity Surveyor to our small commercial team. We have an established, stable order book of cyclical painting and other varied project-based works - for clients including universities, property managers and in social housing - and we’re set for future growth in the Northwest. The work is varied - and we’d be particularly interested to hear from you if you have experience on site, pricing and dealing with direct labour and subcontractors. We’re a friendly, supportive team and we’re looking forward to welcoming another driven, people focused and entrepreneurial Quantity Surveyor to join us. As a national Property Services contractor focused on people, sustainability, and exceptional client delivery/customer satisfaction, you’ll proactively influence our commercial success long term, and we’ll offer work with real social conscience and impact.
