Job Description:

An ambitious, client-focused Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a confident Quantity Surveyor to join their growing 15-strong team in a brand-new, high-spec London office. This is a standout opportunity to fast-track your career while working on premium projects in a sociable and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on a high-end residential scheme
Deliver both Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services across pre and post-contract stages

Requirements:

2+ years of Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying (or similar)
Working towards MRICS – full APC support available
Experience with cost planning and pre-contract services
Contract Administration experience is advantageous

Nice to have:

Contract Administration experience
