Job Description:

An established, client-focused construction consultancy in Central London is seeking a confident and career-driven Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative team. Projects are varied and high quality, ranging from luxury residential developments to hotel and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East.

Job Responsibility:

Take ownership of smaller projects with Partner support
Assist senior team members on larger, more complex schemes
Build towards chartership in a supportive environment

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a RICS-accredited equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ cost consultancy experience
Working towards MRICS
Strong pre-contract knowledge and cost planning skills
Professional, confident, and client-facing
