Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing Construction & Property Consultancies. With 40+ live schemes and exposure to a broad portfolio including education, residential, and healthcare projects, candidates will gain valuable experience and have a clear progression path to Senior QS roles.

Job Responsibility:

Gain exposure to projects including a £500m Education Framework
Manage high-rise residential projects
Oversee healthcare, commercial, and mixed-use schemes

Requirements:

RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
Solid Pre and Post contract experience
Ability to manage projects independently from inception to completion
Any CA, EA or PM experience is highly desirable
