A well-respected and expanding cost consultancy is currently seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their Woking-based team. Job Responsibility:
Deliver full cost management services from feasibility through to final account
Prepare cost plans, tender documentation, and manage procurement processes
Administer building contracts (JCT and NEC) and manage valuations/variations
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
Support and mentor Assistant Quantity Surveyors
Contribute to financial reporting and risk management on live projects
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side role
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accredited)
Strong understanding of pre- and post-contract duties
Proactive, detail-focused, and a confident communicator
Keen to progress towards MRICS or recently chartered
Nice to have:
Experience with residential or commercial projects is a plus
