Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic and fast-growing boutique consultancy based in Central London. This ambitious start-up, founded by highly respected Directors from a leading cost consultancy, already boasts a strong pipeline of prestigious projects across commercial and residential sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Work on high-value schemes from early stages through to completion
Work closely with Directors on prestigious projects
Grow alongside the business and help shape the company

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
Good pre and post contract experience
Experience with commercial office or Residential sectors
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
Ideally MRICS or working towards

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification or working towards
