Job Description:

A respected and independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a Quantity Surveyor in London to contribute to various UK projects across commercial, education, healthcare, and industrial sectors, supporting pre- and post-contract services including cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and reporting.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting cost consultancy services throughout all project stages
Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates, tender documents and contract packages
Involvement in procurement processes and contractor engagement
Contributing to cost reporting, risk assessments and change management
Assisting in value engineering reviews and commercial strategy discussions
Attending client meetings and supporting senior surveyors in project delivery

Requirements:

A degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related construction discipline
Working towards MRICS or actively pursuing chartership
UK consultancy experience with involvement in both pre- and post-contract work
Good understanding of cost planning, procurement and contract administration
Project exposure in sectors such as commercial, education, healthcare
