Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to step into a client-facing role with a global construction and property consultancy. Deliver innovative healthcare schemes and gain structured support towards career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver innovative healthcare schemes from inception through to completion
Work directly with clients
Take on real responsibility
Support internal APC programme

Requirements:

Previous Quantity Surveying experience working with a UK consultancy is a MUST
MRICS or committed to achieving
RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
Healthcare experience is highly desirable but not a must
Pre & Post Contract experience
