Quantity Surveyor

• Play a key role on a variety of public sector projects
• Involve both pre- and post-contract duties, cost planning, preparing tender documents, and client liaison
• Manage your own workload with support from senior team members
• Liaise directly with clients and attending site visits

• Minimum 3 years’ UK consultancy or client-side experience
• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Working towards or keen to achieve MRICS chartership
• Full UK driving licence and own transport (essential)
• Willingness to travel across Lancashire and wider North West
• Previous experience on public sector projects desirable
• Strong knowledge of pre- and post-contract duties
