Job Description:

A renowned, independent construction and property consultancy is seeking a confident and commercially sharp Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their central London team. This position is perfect for someone seeking the responsibility of leading major projects with the support and structure of an established consultancy.

Job Responsibility:

Managing client relationships
Delivering complex projects
Mentoring junior members of the cost team
Working directly with Partners and senior stakeholders
Shaping the delivery of flagship schemes

Requirements:

BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or similar
MRICS Chartered
Strong experience across Office, Fit Out, PBSA / Commercial sectors
Excellent pre and post contract skills
Consultancy background essential
Strong client management and leadership capabilities
